Trussville's Roofs From the Cahaba Project Onward
The federal Cahaba Project brought planned housing to Trussville starting in 1938, and the town reincorporated in 1947 before becoming a city in 1957 -- meaning a large share of Trussville's older housing stock has had a gutter system for close to a century now.
